Jumbo chocolate chip cookie topped with a multitude of treats! If you love indulgent desserts, this Loaded Chocolate Chip Cookie Pizza is heaven for you.
Oh my goodness, have I got the most over the top dessert recipe for you today. This month for our Peanut Butter Bash Challenge the secret ingredient is Butterscotch. So I started brainstorming on how I could make something scrumptious with both peanut butter & butterscotch. To me, they are so decadent all by themselves. So putting them together was incredibly rich. I first thought I would just make regular cookies with both kinds of chips, which would have been delicious. But then I remembered that I have not made a SUPER over the top dessert in a while; so this is what sort of evolved. Starting with this massive cookie, I added the chocolate topping & then just started layering more & more goodies on there. It was AMAZING!

We used our regular pizza pan for this. I’m thinking next time I might try our perforated pizza pan & just smooth it out into the cookie shape on parchment first & then lay it out. You know, just because I’m always looking for a way to make it EVEN BETTER. Keep in mind- you won’t be able to press the cookie into shape on a perforated pan as the dough will press through the holes.
