Last week I shared with you this recipe for General Tso’s Chicken Salad as an easy homegating recipe along with a whole bunch of other info. Because we enjoy it so much & it’s sooo good, I really wanted to give it it’s own post. I think it really deserves that. Looking for Easy Family Dinner Ideas? Sometimes when I include recipes along with other content it tends to get overshadowed. That makes me sad, especially when it’s a recipe that we enjoy so much. It’s such an easy way to have a nutritious side dish or make it your main meal. The kids like to have leftovers for lunch too. Personally – I like my food to be visually interesting. So all these colors & then that pop of flavor make me happy.
Like most salads – just throw it all in there- give it a toss & it’s good to go.
I think that is why we are making this one so often – the ease & it’s soooo good

It sounds wonderful but where would one find the General Tso’s chicken to put in the salad.
Gina Kleinworth says
Hi Ida – there are many versions. You can find some different brands in the frozen food isle that you can heat in the microwave. Or you can pick them up ready made in the deli section of the store if you plan on using them right away.
