Here are some commonly asked questions
Can this recipe be doubled?
You can, and we do it often. Doubling works great and I highly recommend it. If you are cooking these in the air fryer – you may need to work in batches – depending on the size of your air fryer.
What is the best way to store leftover stuffed mushrooms?
While these are best when served immediately, you can place any leftovers in an airtight container and keep them refrigerated for 1-2 days.
Can these be made without the wine?
Yes, you can just omit the white wine in these mushrooms if you like. Or you can replace it with vinegar or apple juice.

How do you make stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer?
These are SUPER EASY when made in the air fryer! Just follow the instructions in the recipe & then cook in the air fryer at 370 for 8 minutes.
You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
What air fryer do you use?
We actually have 3 air fryers. I have a smaller one from Phillips that we started with. I have since given that to my son since he’s only cooking for 1.
But the more I used the air fryer I realized I really wanted a digital screen. It wasn’t any more expensive, in fact- our XL air fryer from GoWISE was less expensive than the Phillips and I love its ease & extra functions.
Plus it comes with a lot of the extra accessories I like to use when cooking with my fryer.
But I when I started working on my second air fryer book, I wanted to change things up. I picked up this LARGE air fryer that has been wonderful. It has Touch Screen Presets plus it is XL Family Size, which is great!

Can I use other ingredients in this recipe?
You bet! If you prefer tuna, lobster or any other type of fish you can substitute that in for the clam.
You can also omit the seafood altogether or use sausage or another type of meat of your choosing.
