Easy BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich is simple when cooking pork in the slow cooker. Toss & go dinner recipe & even better when topped with leftover mac & cheese!
Who loves pulled pork? It’s my all-time favorite food- EVER! I love it so much that I would take pulled pork over a giant slice of chocolate cake, and I have a deep love affair with chocolate cake. I literally could eat it every single day, especially when there are so many different ways to prepare it. For instance, this Easy BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich is the perfect recipe when you want some tangy, smoky bbq sauce. Check out how delicious this is!

I particularly love this recipe because it’s as simple as toss & go. Those are my favorite slow cooker recipes because I believe that the whole point of a slow cooker is to make dinner practically effortless. If it ends up being too many steps or gets too complicated, then I can usually find a stovetop or grilled method that will get the job done more quickly & even more streamlined. All that said, I really, really love my toss & go slow cooker recipes because I can literally dump it all in there & when I’m hungry later – it’s there waiting for me. You really can’t beat that because, at the end of a long day, the last thing I want to do is a whole bunch of cooking. I’m sure you feel the same. With this you can just pull the meat, add to a bun & top it with some mac & cheese if you like. We just happened to have some leftover from our creamy mac & cheese the night before. I love that one because it’s a quick 30-minute dinner recipe that everyone swoons over.
