HOW DO YOU MAKE CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE
- Thaw potatoes in a colander.
- Combine sour cream, soup, & butter in a bowl. Mix it well.
- Add salt, onion & cheese & mix until all combined.
- Add potatoes to the mixture & stir until all combined.
- Place in 9×13 pan.
- Sprinkle on butter coated corn flakes, crackers or crushed chips.
- Bake uncovered.

- sour cream
- cream of chicken soup
- butter
- table salt
- onion powder
- shredded cheddar cheese
- crushed potato chips, corn flakes or crackers

Cheesy Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 bags frozen cubed hash browns thawed (12 oz each)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup 10 oz
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 tsp table salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2-1/2 cups crushed potato chips or corn flakes or crackers
- 1/2 cup butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Thaw potatoes in a colander.
- Combine the corn flakes, crackers or chips & 1/2 cup melted butter - toss to coat. Set aside.
- Combine sour cream, soup, & 1/2 cup melted butter in a bowl. Mix it well.
- Add salt, onion & cheese & mix until all combined.
- Fold in potatoes.
- Place in greased 9×13 baking dish.
- Sprinkle on butter coated corn flakes, crackers or crushed chips.
- Bake uncovered for 40-50 minutes.
