Have you ever been to Hawaii? I went back when I was about 20 for RimPAC. My best friend was in the Navy & his ship was coming into Honolulu. So I flew out to meet up with him & his friends & have a little vacation. It was so fun. We went to Germains Luau for the ultimate Hawaiian dining experience. We really had the best time & it’s something that I can’t wait to take the family to experience once day. But since it’s summer & it will be a bit before I can get back to Hawaii, some friends & I thought it would be fun to pull together some awesome recipes to put on our own luau here on the mainland.
