Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolk and vanilla until combined.

Combine the dry and slowly add to the creamed sugar mixture. Add chocolates.

Chill overnight or for at least four hours. When ready, preheat the oven to 350 degrees and roll cookie dough balls. Place them on a baking sheet and cook for 9-12 minutes. Top each cookie with more chocolates once out of the oven before they cool down.
