Preheat oven to 350 and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Add chocolates and instant coffee to a microwave safe bowl and Microwave for 30, stir, and then 15 and stir again.
Make brownies as you usually would by combining dry and wet in separate bowls and then mixing together. Bake 28-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
