We are inching closer to the new year & I could not be more excited. This year has been a whirlwind with so much happening. It has made me realize just how much I can often forget if I don’t document it. I tried to do the 1 Second Everyday with my phone & take a 1-second video of our life. But I found that I rarely use my phone for that & it’s even more rare that I take video in general. So I think the first year I did it I probably only captured 280 days of the 365. I thought I would try it again & I think since then I may have captured 2 days in the last several months. It wasn’t my gig. So I thought trying something that’s more my speed might give me more success. So I’m kicking off my new year with journaling. One of the fun things about journaling is you can do as little or as much as you like. We are starting with this BULLET JOURNAL.

I like this because it gives me some thought starters & I can also add what’s happening in our days. I can doodle or add some images to help tell the story or my mood at the time. It’s good for the soul & with so many things happening in our lives so quickly these days, it’s so important to document it as best I can & I hope you do too!
