This super simple, 2-Ingredient, Peanut Butter Stuffed Honey Taffy is such a delicious treat. Tastes just like an Abba Zabba. Ready in less than 1 hour.
Who loves honey? We are nuts for it in this house & always have a huge jar of it on hand. We use it for so many things. But did you know that you can literally make honey flavored taffy from just honey? Yep! I know- exciting right? Nothing added, just cook the honey, let cool & then stretch just like you would when making regular taffy recipes. But since today is PEANUT BUTTER BASH & the pairing is honey & peanut butter, I just had to try my hand at an Abba Zabba style pairing in this Peanut Butter Stuffed Honey Taffy. I just added a bit of peanut butter to the center of each piece of honey taffy. I gotta say, it’s oh so delicious!

Now, a traditional Abba Zabba is white honey taffy. This is because they have big machines to pull & stretch the taffy & incorporate more air into the candy for a longer period of time. While this does lighten as you pull & stretch over time, it doesn’t quite get to the same color due to the fact that the ingredients are quite different. This is just honey, while I’m sure their taffy is comprised of many different, traditional taffy ingredients. I really love these because it’s just peanut butter & honey. So while it tastes like a sinful treat, it’s really not all that bad for you. Plus, just a couple will satisfy any sweet tooth. These are rich & I advise that you have a cup of milk near by.
For this recipe you will need:
