No-Churn Coffee Ice Cream is a coffee lovers dream. Less added sugar & all the great flavor of coffee, this is one frozen dessert you’ll make all summer.
What’s your favorite ice cream flavor? For me it’s coffee. All my life I grew up sharing a delicious bowl of coffee ice cream with my mom & my Meme. It’s the favorite flavor of the whole family & the one treat we all looked forward to enjoying together when we finally got a chance to visit. I’m not sure what it is about that particular flavor that made us all fall in love with it, but it’s always the one we choose over all others. But it’s so hard to find at the store these days. Especially when trying to find a variety with less added sugar. So I did what I usually do, make my own. Check out this super easy No-Churn Coffee Ice Cream recipe that I just know you’ll love.

The first thing I do when reworking a recipe to have less added sugar, grab my SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener & Sugar Blend. Because it measures the same as sugar it’s the perfect swap to make all my favorite recipes better.
I love no-churn recipes like this because it not only saves a step, but they are easy enough that my kids can whip them up when they are looking for a fun recipe to make. My kids are teens & they love cooking & creating in the kitchen. I have a special Pinterest board & a binder for them full of recipe ideas that are perfect for when they want to whip up something fun. I think it’s great to get them comfortable in the kitchen & also comfortable with experimenting with flavor combos. It’s awesome that they share my love for food & they really love this ice cream. I don’t blame them, easy AND delicious is where it’s at around here!

I love coffee but not cold coffee and that is probably why I have never tried coffee flavored ice cream either. I have pinned this recipe to give it a try though this summer. I definitely crave ice cream during the summer months and I need to try this one. Thanks for sharing at #HomeMattersParty
