Easy No-Bake Peanut Butter and Jelly Bars are a delicious dessert that takes only a few minutes to prepare. Made with only 5-ingredients, you can’t go wrong.
Who loves a good peanut butter & jelly sandwich? It’s such a classic that our family absolutely loves. I remember when I was a kid my mom used to put deliciously salty potato chips in the sandwich too. It gave a great crunch & added salt to cut the sweetness of the jam & the richness of the peanut butter. Oh boy, that sounds so good right now. When some friends & I decided on pairing strawberry & peanut butter for this month’s peanut butter bash- of course, I knew I had to make something with the classic pairing. Which is how these scrumptious No-Bake Peanut Butter and Jelly Bars were born.

Now, I whipped up a batch of homemade strawberry jam for this recipe (which I have yet to share here- I’m sorry about that). But you can definitely use whatever flavor or store-bought variety you prefer. I really love that these are such a quick & easy dessert to make. Bonus that they are also no-bake, because now that it’s hot out, who wants to turn on the oven? Right? Now once you get them in the pan, you can pop them in the fridge to set. I’m usually too impatient & choose the freezer instead. The only problem with that is that if you happen to forget about them, you’ll have to wait for them to thaw a bit before you can cut & serve them. But if you are in a pinch for time- it works great for getting these to the perfect firmness in about 30 minutes. (so half the time)
