Easy Churro Funnel Cake is the perfect blend of carnival & theme park food & awesome Cinco de Mayo dessert recipes. You can’t go wrong with cinnamon treats!
Make this with my Classic Funnel Cake recipe.
Do you love churros? How about funnel cake? Well, we sure love both in this house so one day I got the idea to put the two together & make this super Easy Churro Funnel Cake. I mean, that cinnamon & sugar coating is absolutely to die for on a hot & delicious funnel cake. You know, people wait in line for forever at the carnival for these things. Imagine if they made them with a churro coating! Oh yeah, the whole park would be lined up out the gate.

Easy Churro Funnel Cake
Now, the first time we made funnel cake, we didn’t have any of the proper equipment. They turned out okay, but the size was smaller & it definitely made things more difficult. So a couple months ago I bought this funnel cake kit. It was really affordable & came with everything I needed – the funnel for easy pouring, tongs & the ring to keep the batter from floating too far out of the circle. It also came with some batter mixes. You can use those for this recipe & then do the cinnamon & sugar coating. But once you are out of batter mix, you can use this recipe here for your own batter. It’s simple & easy & keeps you from having to buy more mix.
Just look at that! You know you want some!
We like to dip it in a little raspberry sauce. It’s SO GOOD!
