Our whole house gets pretty excited when we start getting close to St. Patrick’s Day. You see, they love cabbage & so cabbage is something we have quite a bit of around here. It is so versatile & we use it in so many different recipes. It’s definitley a favorite, which is why I’m not surprised that today is Cabbage Day! Are you celebrating? My friends & I decided we would celebrate in a big way & come together to share how we love to enjoy cabbage best. In this house, it’s definitely this Pastrami & Relish Dog.

My son was super excited to be my hand model here because his payment for his time was this awesome hot dog. It’s the only way I can pry him from his coursework these days. He’s studying so hard & has so much to do between college & work. I’m so happy I can make his day bright with something he really loves like this dog.
The combo of pastrami & the dog is already amazing. But adding the cabbage relish with the buttery garlic flavor & the mushrooms & onions, it’s really quite AWESOME if I do say so myself. You’ll never eat hot dogs the same way again.

My Husband would LOVE this hot dog. Basically, anything with lots of meat and mushrooms earns his badge of approval.
