Sour Henry Cocktail Recipe is a delicious beverage featuring rum, amaretto & cola with a sour twist. It is definitely a new favorite to serve at our parties!
Looking for a new cocktail to serve at your next party? I have just the thing. We came up with this Sour Henry after I created our last batch of Homemade Amaretto. We were looking for new ways to enjoy all that almond goodness. Knowing how much we all love a good sour bevie around here I knew I had to add that sour twist in there. So we started testing, a little bit of this & a little bit of that until we got it just right. This Sour Henry is the perfect blend of rum, amaretto & cola with that kick you love.

I love any excuse I can find to pull out the bar kit we picked up. It’s so much fun to mix drinks. This bar kit here is my favorite!
Even though we are mixing lemon in there for the sour twist, we had to add the orange wedge & cherry on top. It just sort of goes with amaretto, doesn’t it? You really can’t have one without adding the others. At least that’s how we roll here in this house.
