Happy New Year all! From the looks of last week’s party you all are on the same page – getting back on track & changing the diet.
Really, after all the fudge we had around here, I’m definitely focused on getting the junk out of here & making over our daily meals. It’s so nice to really not think about it during the holidays.

But if I’m being honest, by the time Christmas week actually arrives I’m already feeling quite guilty. So part of me wants to eat all the goodies in the house. I definitely would feel very wasteful tossing it all.
But then again- all I can think about for the last 2 weeks of December is that every bite helps my jeans fit a little tighter. So I go through this inner struggle & I have had enough.
Now that it’s January there are no more excuses. I’m ready to break out all my healthier recipes & I know you are too.
So I rounded up all the wonderful recipes you shared this past week at the party & I’m really looking forward to trying them. The best part- I don’t have to sacrifice taste to remove the junk. Hurray for that. So let’s get on with it- check these out.

Hope you enjoyed Christmas and New Year with your family:) These recipes look delicious! Have never eaten so healthy in my life!
It also calls for unexpected surprises. I made my daughter’s favorite cranberry apple cobbler and substituted the corn syrup with molasses, which ruined it – all I could taste was molasses (I googled it and said one could substitute the same amount ).
