Brownie Chunk Frozen Yogurt -the perfect easy summer dessert. No-bake chocolate treats loaded with brownies makes this no-churn frozen yogurt pure heaven!
Okay- so here’s the deal. Last week when I shared with you those Game Day Crock Pot Brownies I mentioned to you that I did something with them- aside from eating them right away. 🙂 Well- the thing is – I have been SERIOUSLY craving some sort of chocolate ice cream/frozen yogurt with brownie chunks for like A LONG TIME. The hubs does most of the grocery shopping – so as many times through the summer that I have put this specific item on my list- it never makes it here. Yeah- I could gather the gang & head to the store & search for it myself. I know. I’m sort of a spoiled brat in that regard. I tell him what I want or what I’m craving- he goes & gets it for me. That’s just how we have always done it. So after being quite annoyed that I have yet to get my craving satisfied- I made the crock pot brownies with my main intention of taking half of them & making my own frozen treat. Which is where this Brownie Chunk Frozen Yogurt comes in.

Yep! I know- I know. I really was being a snot about the whole thing. But the good part is that I was able to be creative- think outside the idea of just picking it up at the store AND I was able to try just another one of the flavors of Chobani yogurt that the nice people over at Chobani sent me. (this is not a sponsored post- I just really appreciate that they sent me a ton of yogurt to try- but not in exchange for a post.)

Brownie Chunk Frozen Yogurt
Brownie Chunk Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients
- 1 - 32 oz container Chobani Fat Free Plain Yogurt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips melted & slightly cooled
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 - 3.9 oz chocolate pudding packet
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Brownies- broken into bite sized chunks
Instructions
- In large bowl add yogurt, milk, sweetened condensed milk & vanilla.
- Whisk to combine.
- Add in pudding packet- whisk well.
- Slowly add in melted chocolate chips - whisking while pouring in.
- Once completely combined- fold in brownie chunks.
- Transfer to airtight container & freeze at least 6 hours before serving.

I didn’t need the ice cream maker for this one & it was a good thing- this recipe made slightly more than would normally fit in the machine bowl. It’s pretty thick before freezing- so it worked well to keep the brownies from sinking. Oh- & the craving is now gone & I’m a happy girl again 🙂
