Frosted Sugar Cookie Fudge starts with a simple 3 ingredient fudge recipe. Add crumbled sugar cookies & sprinkles & this fudge is loaded with holiday fun!
I have mentioned here before, my mom was the queen of fudge. She made the most amazing fudge recipes that people would beg for year after year.
I spent the better part of my holidays as a kid helping her in the kitchen while she made batch after batch to give away to all who were lucky enough to get on her list for the season.
Fortunately, that was one thing she passed down & taught me how to make. So now I can carry on her tradition. Year after year I like to come up with new & creative fudge recipes as a way to make new memories for our kids.
One fudge recipe I know everyone will love this year is this Frosted Sugar Cookie Fudge. It’s amazing!
White Chocolate Sugar Cookie Fudge
Not only does this fudge have crumbled sugar cookies mixed within, but it also has Frosted Sugar Cookie flavored coffee creamer from International Delight mixed in there too.
YUM! It really helps carry the sugar cookie flavor throughout every bite.
I loved adding the fun Christmas sprinkles on top. It really gave this the full holiday sugar cookie look. It’s just too cute!

Here are some commonly asked questions
What is the best way to store sugar cookie fudge?
This fudge should be fine in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. However, if you live in a warm or humid climate, you might consider refrigerating it.
HOW DO YOU MAKE Sugar Cookie Fudge?
- Line an 8×8 dish with parchment paper & spritz lightly with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a medium glass bowl, combine the chocolate chips, creamer & the sweetened condensed milk.
- Microwave at 50% heat in 30-second intervals until fully melted & combined- be sure to stir well in between each interval.
- Fold in most of the crumbled sugar cookies – leaving out some for the top.
- Transfer the melted mixture into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle on remaining cookie pieces & sprinkles.
- Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours to set or freeze 2-4 (allow to thaw 30 min before cutting).

Why didn’t my chocolate melt correctly?
When your chocolate becomes chunky rather than creamy, it is said that the chocolate seized. This is typically due to overheating or contact with water or steam.
In the first case, the chocolate is just burning from excess heat, but in the second case, there is a negative reaction between the chocolate (which is waxy and has many oils that are hydrophobic, or “water-fearing”) and the water, causing the components of the chocolate to separate.
Be sure to refer to the package directions when melting chocolate to prevent this from happening. Make sure you are heating at 50% power to keep the chocolate from getting too hot too quickly. Be sure to stir every 30 seconds to help distribute the heat throughout the chocolate so it can melt more evenly.

Can I make this without the sugar cookie creamer?
You bet! Sometimes that particular creamer can be hard to find. In fact, I can only get it at one store near me.
So you can substitute with 2 tbsp milk and then add 1 tsp of sugar cookie flavoring to get a similar result. (link for the flavoring below)
