Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings & Drumettes are super easy because they are baked, not fried. Whether it’s pre-holiday snacking or game day munching, they’re delish!
One of my favorite parts about the holidays is not the main holiday meal. I actually look forward to all the pre-holiday & post-holiday snacking more than anything else. It could be because we have the games on or all the family is just gathered together but there’s less stress than on the big-meal day. But we sure love to put out a big spread of party food & just let everyone graze while we visit & enjoy our time together.
Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings & Drumettes
One thing we always serve is wings & drumettes. We make them in a variety of ways, some fried, some smothered in sauce. But about a month ago we visited a local restaurant & I had a basket of wings with a garlic parmesan coating that was to-die-for. I knew I had to come home & come up with my own version & that’s exactly what we have here.
These are absolutely the perfect food because guests can nibble while they wander. They are great for grabbing a couple while you watch the next play or whatever else may be happening during the visiting time.
Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings & Drumettes
Because there is already so much happening in preparations for the holidays, which can make them so stressful, I use Chinet® Classic White™ dinner plates and Chinet® Cut Crystal® plates and cups for holiday entertaining. It REALLY helps keep clean up easy. Since all Chinet® products are disposable, they’re SO easy to clean up – just throw away when done! I especially love that its white & matches everything I want to pair with it. Plus it’s convenient, stylish, & I love that they are sturdy enough to handle this massive plate of wings with ease.
Be sure to grab the Chinet® Classic White™ dinner plates and Chinet® Cut Crystal® plates and cups like we did for your holiday entertaining. Stock up on entertaining essentials for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

These look delicious! I just got an air fryer and I really want to try wings and drumettes in it!
Gina Kleinworth says
Let me know how that turns out! These are baked, not fried so I’m curious to know how a fryer would work for them.

Did you use shredded parm or the powdered kind (kraft)?
Gina Kleinworth says
For this recipe, I used the grated (powdered) but you can use shredded if you want

Thanks!

We have made these many times now. They are awesome! We’re making them today for the football game and again for Christmas .
Jeff says
Are we using fresh chicken or frozen?
Gina Kleinworth says
You can use either – but they need to not be frozen when you start the recipe. I would thaw, pat them dry after they are thawed, and then get started.

These were so easy and so dang delicious! I will be making these over and over. Thanks so much for the recipe!

Perfecto! Make these every week. I turn up the oven too 400 degrees the last 5-8 minutes for extra browning. I also turn them over halfway through the baking process. Absolutely terrific.
