These hot summer days sure do call for a cool down. It’s this time of the summer when the heat has been around for a bit that I start really craving the tropical drinks. Whenever we dine out I always order something with coconut, because you all know just how much I love coconut. It certainly makes me think of when we go on vacation back home to the beach. Since we won’t be heading back home any time soon, I decided to take my favorite flavor & make a truly delectable beverage that everyone can enjoy.
Not only is this super tropical with the coconut added to the lime juice & coconut sparkling water – but adding the International Delight Sweet Cream Creamer gives it that pretty blended drink look & taste that just makes it irresistible.
This really does taste like vacation in a tall refreshing glass.
Garnish with either a lemon or lime. I love the color of the lime popping against the crushed ice & cream.
I definitely like my food & drink to be pretty & visually exciting. These certainly fit that.
Picture serving these at your next summer party! Make a few pitchers & you will make everyone happy.
